ANNNND I’m back!!! It’s been a short 9 months since my last post when I took a road trip then packed up my life for my “work trip” to head out on deployment. The whole time I was gone up until this moment I have been racking my brain on what I should write about next. For almost 7 months I did pretty much the same thing…every day. Woke up, went to work, thought about working out… didn’t, ate, slept, and went to bed. I said at the beginning this wouldn’t be a blog about being in the military (even though that is my life 24/7). So coming up with something that anyone would want to read felt impossible. Now I’ve been home for a little over 2 months and finally decided I’m just going to do a “hey I’m home” post and go from there!
Now, I did get to do and see some amazing things and places while I was gone. Top being the 3 weeks that I got to explore Malaysia. I’m so happy to finally be back home with my friends, family, and of course the number one guy in my life Teddy (for anyone that’s new here that is my dog). He was very excited to see me when I got home so decided to keep him.
The only trip that I currently set money aside for is road trips to the gas station. This damn truck of mine is my reason for working, so I can afford to drive to work. Shit is insane these days! Everything is expensive, the Florida heat is trying to snuff me out every second, and I decided to try out dating apps again (insert haaard eye roll). Who’s wishing we were back in 2020 bitching while at least being able to afford to not go anywhere? Going to keep this post a short one but I am working very hard on coming up with my next post!
